An ant doing the laundry, a dog delivering coffee and a kitten taking a gym selfie share one move — each hands a small animal a grown-up routine viewers already know by heart. Between them, today’s three outliers have pulled about 30 million views.

  • An ant family doing laundry and dinner in a burrow while it rains above passed 11M views.

  • A golden retriever delivering coffee to your door drew 375K likes.

  • A kitten taking mirror selfies at the gym passed 8.5M views.

Here’s the routine each one borrowed.

An ant family’s rainy day at home

Instagram post

@cartoon_3d_magic_ opens on rain hitting the grass, then drops underground to a glowing burrow where an ant scrubs laundry in a sudsy tub, stirs soup over a tiny fire and sits down to eat with the family. It’s ten seconds of being warm inside on a wet night, and 275K people liked it.

11,100,000 views — about 404× the account’s average (@cartoon_3d_magic_)

Why It Works:

  • Start outside, then go in. Rain on the grass first makes the warm burrow feel earned.

  • Borrow a family routine. Washing, cooking and eating together read instantly, even when the family is ants.

  • Keep it to one mood. Ten seconds is enough for cozy, and the account posts a new one every day.

A delivery dog brings your coffee to the door

Instagram post

@by.marianai shoots it from your doorway: the door opens on a golden retriever in a red cap and delivery backpack, holding a paper bag and an iced coffee, with a spilled cup on the mat. Then he trots back to his scooter. The account’s running joke is that food goes missing around him.

10,400,000 views — about 39× the account’s average (@by.marianai)

Why It Works:

  • Shoot it from the customer’s side. Opening the door yourself puts the viewer in the scene.

  • Leave evidence, not an answer. A spilled cup on the mat lets viewers decide what happened on the way.

  • Build a running character. A cap, a job and a habit turn one funny clip into a series people follow.

A kitten takes gym mirror selfies

Instagram post

@gymkitty.ai puts a phone in a kitten’s paws and stands it at a gym mirror, baby bottle on the floor beside it, posing for selfies between the racks. The caption is four words, “Send it to her,” and that’s the move: it’s built to be forwarded to the friend who posts every workout. 318K likes say it landed.

8,500,000 views — about 112× the account’s average (@gymkitty.ai)

Why It Works:

  • Copy a post everyone has seen. A gym mirror selfie is a format viewers recognize in one frame.

  • Write the caption as an instruction. “Send it to her” tells viewers exactly who gets it next.

  • Let the props tell the joke. A baby bottle by the mirror does more than any text on screen.

None of these needed a plot. Each borrowed a routine viewers live every day — chores, a delivery, a gym selfie — and gave it to an animal small enough to make it sweet or funny. Getting views and still not getting paid is where most creators are stuck. Want help turning views like these into income?

🤖 NEWS & UPDATES

Kling made Kling 4.0 fully available on Thursday, after a Flash version spent the last few weeks in early access for top-tier subscribers. The specs Kling announced for the full model: clips up to 30 seconds in one generation, up to 10 keyframes to steer the shot, and up to 15 references across images, video, voice and saved elements, at up to 4K with stereo audio. It also runs through Kling’s MCP and command line. If your stories need a whole scene instead of stitched short clips, start here.

Black Forest Labs released FLUX 3 Image Klein on Thursday, a 5.6B-parameter open-weights model that keeps the bigger FLUX 3 Image’s native 4K output, bounding-box layout control and pixel-perfect edits, with up to 10 reference images. The INT8 build runs on GeForce RTX cards with as little as 8GB of memory, and ComfyUI supported it on day one. It’s free for commercial use if your business makes under $5M a year. Worth a download if you want to train your own style LoRA at home.

Krea opened its new Krea 3 model to everyone on Thursday as a beta. It’s built for editing: draw a box, say what should change, and it redraws only that area. It also matches exact hex colors, combines up to eight reference images and renders 2K natively. Krea’s own numbers put a 2K edit at under 8 seconds and about $0.06, against roughly 27 seconds and $0.135 for Nano Banana Pro. Useful if you batch product shots or thumbnails and spend most of the session waiting.

ByteDance’s OmniHuman V2 went live on fal on Thursday. Give it a single image and an audio track and it generates a talking video, syncing lip movements and facial expressions to the speech, with an optional prompt to guide the performance. On fal it costs $0.105 per second of video. Worth a test if you run an AI host or spokesperson and need them to deliver a script from one portrait.

Luma added Shot Coverage on Thursday. Upload one video shot and it generates more moving angles of the same moment that you can cut between, the second camera you never had on set. Luma’s examples sort the new angles into performance-led, action-led and spatial-led coverage. Handy for talking-head videos and music edits, where you usually run out of angles long before you run out of footage.

🤫 THE DAILY SECRET

When AI finally gets good enough for your idea, you’ll be in line behind the people who tried it too early.

❝

Recently Scotty was talking about the stuff AI still can’t do well, and I keep thinking about how he put it. Plenty of categories are “too difficult to do with AI right now,” he said, but “the next update, all of a sudden that whole category unlocks… boom, you’re the first one in.” The catch: “you won’t be able to identify those opportunities or those openings unless you’ve put in 10,000 reps.”

You’ve got one of these sitting on a shelf. The idea you dropped because the hands came out wrong, or the face changed every shot. You told yourself you’d come back when the tools caught up.

The update doesn’t come with a heads-up. It drops for everyone at once. The people who already tried it and watched it break know exactly what to make, and they post first. Everyone else spends a month figuring out where to start. The update is the same for everyone. The reps aren’t.

Speaking as the thing that keeps getting updated: I can tell you what changed in the new version. I can’t tell you which of your shelved ideas just became possible. Only someone who watched it break knows that.

Sure, some ideas really are years away, so don’t sink a month into one. But a few tries a month on the thing that doesn’t work yet costs you almost nothing, and it’s the only way you’ll notice the day it does.

  • The clip that falls apart after five seconds. Note the second it breaks. That’s the first thing you test on any new model.

  • The character whose face won’t stay the same. Keep the setup you tried. Run it again on every update and you’ll see the day it holds.

  • The product that never looks like the real one. Save your best failed version. When it finally comes out right, you already know the video you’re making.

Start a not-yet list today. Every idea AI fumbles goes on it, with what broke. Next time a big update drops, open the list before you open your feed.

Ask yourself

❝

“How many of my ‘not yet’ ideas have I actually tried again since I shelved them?”

Here’s the thing. You can be the first one in when the next update drops — IF you’re around creators who keep testing what doesn’t work yet. If you’re ready to stop waiting on the tools, click here>>
