We hear the phrase “Sora killer” all the time. It’s a bit burnt out and over-used at this point. BUT, I think we may have a Sora killer on our hands.

Core Technology: MovieGen utilizes two massive models—a 30 billion parameter model for video generation and a 13 billion parameter model for audio generation—trained on huge datasets (100 million text-video pairs and over 1 billion text-image pairs). This allows it to recreate a wide range of scenarios, such as landscapes, human actions, and surreal events.

   • Video and Audio Quality: MovieGen produces 180p videos at 16 frames per second (below cinema standards but sufficient for casual content), with 48k audio perfectly synced to the visuals.

   • Flow Mapping Method: This feature ensures consistent visual and temporal coherence, making videos smooth and realistic over time.

   • Editing and Customization: MovieGen allows for advanced video editing, where users can seamlessly swap objects in a video, and personalized content can be created by integrating real people into AI-generated videos.

4. Competitive Advantage: MovieGen outperforms other AI video generation tools like Kling Ai, OpenAI’s Sora, and Runway's Gen-3 in key areas such as realism, audio-visual sync, and movement consistency, according to blind tests.

5 tips to get more sh*t done.

I’m not Gary Vaynerchuck. I don’t care about hustle culture. I’m also not one of these new age “gurus” talking about “It should flow and feel right blah blah blah.” Lol. The fuck?

No, I don’t care about any of that, BUT, there ARE some things that are just objectively true.

1. Motivation? The fuck is that? Yes, this section is titled “motivation” but here’s the thing. If you can’t take action without feeling “motivated”, you’ve already lost. Reaching your goals is about realizing pain and misery is the only friends you’ve got. Stop trying to avoid them. Don’t wait to feel motivated. Learn discipline.

2. Own the Morning: Getting up early is not just about productivity, but about taking charge of your life. It’s a psychological win that sets the tone for the rest of the day, creating momentum and confidence.

3. Action Beats Overthinking: Taking action, even in the face of fear or uncertainty, is what separates those who succeed from those who don't. Waiting for the your path to become “clear” leads to stagnation, while consistent action drives progress.

4. Build Daily Routines: Establishing routines & systems for your day is key. You can NEVER scale a business without good SOP’s. That is also true for your life.

5. Stop doing “busy work”: The most progress we can make in our life and business is generally a result of the things we want to do the LEAST. Stop doing “busy work” to make yourself feel like your getting things done. Instead, focus on the 1 or 2 IMPORTANT things, you’ve been avoiding.
